How long is the shipping time?
There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery dates; any delivery delay or issue is solely the responsibility of the shipping company but will be investigated by ourselves.
I just placed an order, when will it be dispatched?
Please allow us 24 - 48 hours for processing and dispatch of your order.
Will I receive a tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is dispatched, you will receive an email confirming this 24 - 48 hours after your order. You can track the progress of your order via our website here or for more detailed tracking information, here.
What is your cancellation policy?
You have 6 hours of the same day to cancel your order and receive a refund after your purchase. We will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.
What is the return policy?
If your product is damaged or defected, please kindly email us with the subject line “Return: Damage or Defected item with your order #” along with a photograph.
We do not refund shipping cost. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.
